The Forum is constituted by the group of EIS partners. It is a consultative organ that allows for communication among the EIS partners and expression of problems, necessities and the relative expectations to the system. The great orientations that aim at reaching the EIS objectives are results of these discussions.
The orientations issued from the Forum are submitted for consideration of the Management and Monitoring Committee that transforms them into action plans.
It is the National Coordination that, besides assuring the EIS secretariat, is in charge of monitoring and implementation of these plans, whose execution is assured by Thematic Teams made up of specialists, who meet regularly.
The result of this work is submitted by the National Coordination to the CGS, which validates the results and presents them to the Forum.
